• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. Permitted Use

• Use the app only for lawful cattle identification, management, reporting, and related community features.
• Upload photos and data only for cattle you own, manage, or are authorized to record.
• Use the marketplace, transfer, and reporting tools honestly and accurately.
• Follow any instructions provided in the app for image quality and identification.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not upload harmful, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to use.
• Do not interfere with app performance, security, or availability.
• Do not use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate other people.

4. Cattle Records and Images

• You retain ownership of the cattle records and photos you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring the information you upload is correct and up to date.
• We may process submitted images to provide identification and related features.
• Image recognition is an aid, not a guarantee of identity.

5. Service Availability and Changes

• We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
• We may change or improve the service over time.

6. Payments and Premium Features

• If paid features are offered, pricing and billing terms will be shown in the app or related checkout flow.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not collect or store your card details, mobile money PIN, or other payment credentials.
• You are responsible for ensuring any payment details you provide to a payment provider are accurate and authorized.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users, the platform, or our systems.

8. Disclaimers

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
• Identification results depend on image quality, available records, and system conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Shepskey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
