How to request deletion of your ShepsKey data

If you want your data deleted from ShepsKey, you must send a request by email to [email protected].
Important: Once we receive your email request, it will take us 24 hours to delete your data from our database.
What to include in your email
To help us process your request quickly, include the following:
- The email address linked to your ShepsKey account
- Your full name
- A clear request that you want your data deleted
What happens next
After we receive your request, we will review it and complete deletion of your data from our database within 24 hours. We may retain limited information only where required by law or for legitimate operational records that are not part of your active account data.
